How much will I pay in Shipping?

Shipping is Free unless otherwise stated. If there are shipping charges they will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

What if I am unhappy with my purchase for any reason, or I just change my mind?

Can you make a custom adapter for me?

Yes! We can make just about any adapter or exstension cords to your specfic needs. just send us an e-mail.

Where do your products ship from?

We make most of our NEMA Power Adapters in Tucson, AZ. Adapters are made to order and turnaround time is between 2-5 days. Shipping is free and either USPS First Class or USPS Priority depending on the item weight you can expect 2-5 day shipping.

We work with small locally owned brick and mortar retail locations throughout the United States and Canada, which allows them to sell their items online without paying the 35% to 40% fees they would pay on Amazon or eBay. Which also allows us to offer you a wider variety of items at the best possible prices. Your money is kept here in North America and supports small locally owned business, sometimes in sparsely populated or rural areas this money is often a vital lifeline to cities and towns that have less economic opportunity than larger cities metropolitan areas. When you purchase a item(s) from you are protected by our 30 Days, no questions asked, refund policy even when it originated from one of our partners.

We strive to balance reasonable shipping times along with cost. Shipping time from rural areas is normally 12-20 days, however occasionally some items may take anywhere between 19 and 40 days to arrive. We understand that for most purchases our customers simply cannot practically wait 40 days for an item to arrive, please check the shipping estimate for your product before ordering. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

I recieved an email after placing my order, why doesn't my tracking number show my package as moving?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email after placing your order containing your tracking number(s). This is just a confirmation that we have accepted and processed your order it may still be 4-5 days before your tracking number will be active.
